Michael Kirk joined AES in 2020 with over 40 years of experience in the industrial field with high-level experience in Paper Manufacturing. As an accomplished manager, Mike provided leadership, and mechanical and critical maintenance expertise to a Maintenance Team. He facilitated and executed major outage planning and scheduling. He made major contributions to his field with his knowledge in capital project scope development, as well as estimating, implementing, and start-up procedures. He is skilled in project engineering and construction management for major projects and installations.
