Resident Project Representative

As Resident Project Representative for AES Northeast, Mr. Porter provides full time representation for the Engineer and Owner during the enitre construction project. His duties include insuring contractors adhere to the engineering plans and specifications. He assists contractors with coordination and resolving unknown conditions and conflicts. When projects are being completed within the NYS Department of Transportation Right-of-Way, Mr. Porter acts as a representative for the Department of Transportation, ensuring contractors adhere to NYS Department of Transportation plans for the maintenance and protection of traffic.
