Construction Management

Construction Management Services

The AES Northeast Construction Management team provides oversight to ensure that the project remains on schedule and on budget. The Construction Manager and their team of Resident Project Representatives (RPR) are responsible for the execution of the plan during the construction phase. RPRs will provide oversight of the project in the field and communicate with the AES Northeast Construction Manager about any potential issues on site. The Construction Management team works hand in hand with the client to ensure project expectations and timelines are being met. The Construction Manager takes a proactive approach, utilizing frequent interactions between all project stake holders to ensure that small issues are addressed so that they do not have a negative effect on the overall project schedule and cost.
