As Resident Project Representative for AES Northeast, Mr. Frasier provides full time representation, utilizing his 35 years as a Construction Field Superintendent, for the Engineer and Owner during the entire construction project. His duties include insuring contractors adhere to the engineering plans and specifications. He assists contractors with coordination and resolving unknown conditions and conflicts.
