AES Welcomes Liza Kilcoyne, AIA, LEED AP

Liza Kilcoyne, AIA, LEED AP comes on board AES' new Partner and Director of Architectural Division

AES Northeast is pleased to welcome Liza Kilcoyne, AIA, LEED AP as a partner and the new Director of AES’ Architectural Division. Ms. Kilcoyne is responsible for the overall project administration, supervision of the design and project management including budget, schedule, and quality assurance/quality control for the Architectural Division.

Ms. Kilcoyne earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from Boston Architectural College and is licensed in both Vermont and New York.  Ms. Kilcoyne comes to AES with over 35 years of architectural design experience, first in Boston, and then starting in 1988 across northern Vermont.  In 2002, Ms. Kilcoyne partnered with Bill Gardner to create the design firm Gardner Kilcoyne Architects.

Ms. Kilcoyne’s arrival at AES brings with it a larger partnership between AES Northeast, located in Plattsburgh NY, and Gardner Kilcoyne Architects, in Williston Vermont. The combination of the two firms allows each to serve the larger North Country NY/ Vermont area more effectively by combining design experience and technical resources. Both firms will continue to operate in their respective offices at this time.
