Mr. Germain has a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science which includes a background in environmental impact assessments, conducting field surveys, and collecting and interpreting data. His skills also reflect education in ArcMap GIS map building and interpretation. Since his start he has assisted in communication between office personnel as well as upholding relationships between AES and their clients. He actively helps to coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with local, state and federal grant-related agencies/programs. He has become versed in contract and reporting requirements and language of these agencies including the Office of Community Renewal (OCR), Rural Development (RD), Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC), Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
