Justin Dechen, PE

Senior Design Engineer

Mr. Dechen has 17 years of experience in engineering across a variety of projects. He has managed large, complex projects effectively. Mr. Dechen has prepared conceptual designs, cost estimates, performed site inspections for road reconstruction work, designed sanitary gravity lines, pump stations and appurtenances. In addition, he has experience in both public municipal projects as well as private sector giving him a broad understanding of the needs of clients. Mr. Dechen has managed projects over multiple locations demonstrating an ability to understand complex projects while keeping clients goals in mind.
